EC: Kiev can not use macro-financial assistance to military purposes
Vladimir Dobrovolsky. Ukraine can not be applied for military purposes macro-financial assistance of the European Union, adopted on Wednesday by the European Parliament, said the Vice-President of the Commission on the Euro and social dialogue Valdis Dombrovskis.
"some colleagues have raised the issue of the purpose of macro-financial assistance. It also vividly highlighted very clearly that this assistance can only be used for non-military purposes, " said Dombrovskis at the hearings in the European Parliament, which on Wednesday blessed the allocation of Ukraine 1, 8 billion euros.
first Dombrovskis said that the European Commission considers that the 1st payment of the agreed package by the European Parliament in 1 8 billion euros of macro-financial assistance to Ukraine ought to do before summer vacation.
