Police have released 8 bullets in black
Police in the U.S. state South Carolina was charged with murder of unarmed 50-year-old African American. The guard released 8 bullets in the back uderage Walter Scott.
The basis for the complaints officer was the video, which was published in the newspaper New York Times. Record the murder of police Michael Slageren unarmed black men was shown in court.
