The presidents of Russia and Argentina Vladimir Putin and Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner called for the implementation by the parties of the conflict in Ukraine the Minsk agreement, noting that the settlement can only be peacefully.
"Expressing deep concern at the tragic events and violence in Eastern regions of Ukraine, the Presidents told that the situation there can be only through peaceful means.
