The Ukrainian Cabinet has chosen the head of the State service of Ukraine on problems of the Crimea, the Crimean Tatar public figure Aslan Omer kyrymly.
Republic of Crimea and located on the Crimean Peninsula Sevastopol became the Russian regions according to the results of the referendum on 16 March 2014, more than 90% of participants who voted for the output of these regions from Ukraine and reunification with Russia.
