Kurtz: safety in the European Union will be achieved only with the assistance of Russia
Sustainable security of the European continent can be achieved only with the assistance of Russia, said the Minister of foreign Affairs of Austria Sebastian Kurz.
He noticed that Europe is now faced with the most serious challenge to peace and security on the continent, having in mind the crisis in Ukraine.
Kurtz said that relations with Russia are at the " lowest level ", the trust significantly " undermined ". Austrian diplomat believes that it is necessary to find a political solution to the situation: "We should do everything not to go back to thinking in the spirit of" cold war ".
Sustainable safety in the European Union can be achieved only together with Russia, not against it, " said Kurtz, speaking in the process of visiting session of the Munich security conference in Vienna.
