French foreign Minister: Minsk agreement must be implemented at the same time
Embodied in the measures of implementation of the Minsk agreements, consensus on political issues and security issues must be implemented steadily between them, said the official representative of the foreign Ministry of France Romain Nadal.
"France priority is the full implementation of the package of measures agreed in Minsk in February, which represents the only possible path towards a comprehensive resolution of the fall. Political aspects and aspects relating to security issues are realized in parallel until the end of the current year, " said Nadal at the press conference on the first day of the week.
According to the envoy of the French foreign Ministry, this is a difficult and ambitious task." However, the implementation of these agreements is absolutely necessary to defend the resumption of violence, " he stressed.
The reform of the Constitution of Ukraine in the part of the decentralization envisaged by the Minsk agreements of February 12. Amendments must take into account peculiarities of particular districts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, agreed with the commissioners of these districts ". The authorities DND and LNR many times sent its proposals for reform, but never received a reply.
