The emergence of new materials on doping in athletics is an element of the struggle for power in international Association of athletics federations (IAAF), said Minister of sport Vitaly Mutko.
"Apparently, some people want to destroy athletics, releasing such films. But anyway, it is impossible for the film to build the prosecution, " - said Mutko.
