Business is out of crisis?
Russian businessmen are not ready to reconstruct business structure because of the crisis. According to experts of KPMG company, only 23 % of representatives of our business aspire to radical changes. For comparison the rating leader Japan has this indicator in an amount of 87 %.
Due to the crisis extra resources necessary for investments became almost inaccessible, and turnover of accessible means received from sale of own production or services in many branches have considerably decreased. By the way now Russian businessmen more actively reckon on colleagues from other countries, as well as state support, including financial.
Besides the economic crisis period became ideal possibility for development of new business projects in the country for foreigners. The situation in Russia is different. The company PricewaterhouseCoopers has conducted research in which readiness of the Russian business for work in crisis was estimated. Heads of 40 largest companies have taken part in it. 65 % of respondents have estimated readiness of domestic business for crisis as "satisfactory", other 35 % have told that the Russian business is "badly" prepared for the crisis, none of participants has pleased with higher marks.
According to the president of Group of companies "Finematika" Alexey Prudnikov (the opinion is presented by "Kommentarii.ru"), results of researches very accurately reflect real situation in the country. "Our businessmen really appeared absolutely not prepared for the crisis, they had wished to change nothing in business until recently and never took a long shot. There are at least two explanations of this regrettable fact supplementing each other. First, the business culture developed in Russia actually from ground up, and mad growth rates of the market in last 5 - 7 years which have strongly changed the country, did not demand skills for work in crisis. The last crisis was remembered badly, and it was perceived somehow in another way - and now many businessmen after many years of impetuous growth of business have faced compression of consumption and necessity to estimate efficiency of the enterprises for the first time ".
Secondly, according to the expert, business in Russia is still a game with constantly varying rules. "Proverb "easy come - easy go "(easily came - easily went away) is fully applicable to our business which actually free of charge got assets of huge nation. But now everyone knows, what even the multibillion fortune is not a guarantee of that tomorrow your business will not belong to you", - considers Mr. Prudnikov. Artyem Krasnov
