Carter: dialogues with Russia on ATS will not change the US position on Ukraine
Alexey Bogdanovsky. Dialogues with Russia on the Syrian Arab Republic do not change the US position on Ukraine, said on Wednesday the U.S. Secretary of defense Ashton Carter.
"These dialogues does not diminish our condemnation of Russian action in Ukraine and do not reduce the penalties," said Carter correspondents.
