The members of the Department of public support for residents of the South-East of Ukraine have plans to sign up to the OSCE in connection with the actual stop through the fault of Kiev exchange of prisoners in the Donbass, said on the last working day of the week the head of Department, Vice-speaker of the Federation Council Yuri Vorobiev.
first Commissioner for human rights in DND Daria Morozova said that "the issue of exchange of prisoners in fact hung in the air" because of the Kiev side which is not taking necessary action. According to the Ombudsman, Kiev does not fulfill the Minsk agreements regarding the exchange of prisoners.
"I think somehow we need to, as a Committee, to respond to the letter from Daria Vasilievna (Morozova - ed.) due to the fact that will stop the exchange of prisoners, which, in Accordance with the Minsk agreements, was obliged to conclude a legislative act of Amnesty," - said Vorobyov.
He made the initiative to make on the present appeal to the Minsk process.
The Commissioner of the Ministry of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation on problems of human rights, democracy and rule of law Konstantin Dolgov made the initiative " to communicate these data through the Department to the commissioners of the OSCE." Vorobyov has ordered to prepare the texts and apply to them the performance of Morozova.
