This practice will begin in early December 2015. Names from expert forecasters will be granted to the cyclones and anticyclones that actually pose a danger. "It must be a complex dangerous phenomena. Just the list of names contains 50 names, both male and female. Among them, for example, Artemy, Bella, Vitus, Galina and others. Consequently, in a short time the inhabitants of Russia can learn from the news that the country is approaching a powerful hurricane "Galina".
With all the procedure of distribution will be coordinated with the international services. So, if the cyclone is moving across Europe and there has already managed to get the name, then rename it no one is going. Others will get the names from the list in order. Names for natural hazards experts of hydrometeorological centre was asked to choose by the Russians. From October to November, a list was formed - it included fifty names.
Taking into account weather and geographical distinctive features of Russia, a year in the country can obtain the names from 3 to 5 cyclones and anticyclones. Before the inventory comes to an end, the future natural hazards will again get the names from the beginning of the list. However, this requires at least 10 years.
