The Victoria`s Secret model has a slim physique, and admits she works hard to keep it that way. She is careful about what she eats and as a rigorous exercise regime, but insists the work is worth it as it makes her feel so energetic.
"The first step is eating healthy," Miranda said, when asked how she manages to look so good all the time. "I predominantly eat organic when I can. I eat extremely healthy because when I do, I have more energy. A lot of spinach, avocado, lots of greens and broccoli. I`m pretty much 80% healthy, 20% indulgent, because I don`t believe in depriving yourself."
On days off, Miranda occasionally allows herself to eat French fries.
Her workout regime consists of yoga, Pilates and other low-impact exercises. "I also like to go on the stepping machine if I`m a hotel and I can`t get outside," she told E! Online.
Miranda`s fellow Victoria`s Secret `Angel` Alessandria Ambrosio also works hard to keep in shape. She tries to eat healthily as much as possible, but admits she finds it impossible to cut certain foods from her diet.
"Lots of greens, but I love meat, so lots of protein," she explained. "I have a little bit of chocolate here and there!
