Jennifer Aniston asks a life coach to help her make decisions
The 41-year-old has been working with acting coach Leigh Kilton-Smith for 20 years, and is now said to have asked her to assist her in other areas of her life. Leigh offers advice when it comes to prospective boyfriends and film parts, has ensured Jennifer`s home adheres to feng shui rules and is determined to make the actress` life as happy as possible.
Jennifer began dating Gerard Butler after they met on the set of their movie The Bounty Hunter last year, but their romance has been on and off. Leigh is said to have convinced Jennifer to end it for good, insisting there is another man out there who is perfect for her.
"Leigh advised Jen to abandon her relationship with Gerard Butler, and Jen tells friends that she won`t make any life or work decisions without consulting Leigh first," a source told In Touch Weekly magazine. "She was the one who convinced Jen to break up with John Mayer and to get involved with the charity Friends of El Faro."
Jennifer`s representative insists Leigh is not the star`s official lifecoach. However, the spokesman did admit Jennifer often turns to her for help when she has to make a tough decision.
"They have been close friends for years - and as friends, they give each other advice," the representative explained.
