The 47-year-old actor - who raises six children with partner Angelina Jolie - is filming his new movie `World War Z` in Surrey, South East England, and has been using his spare time to get closer to nature in nearby Richmond Park.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "Brad has been staying near Richmond for the past week and will be revisiting for the next few months.
"He`s been getting to know the area. He took a few photos of the deer in the park when he went for a stroll."
Though Angelina is currently in Los Angeles with two of their children, Zahara, six, and five-year-old Shiloh, she will be looking forward to seeing Brad`s wildlife pictures when they reunite as she has previously spoken of his much she admires his photography.
She said: "I love his photography. Some people have a hobby and they find the quickest way into it and are very pleased with the outcome right away.
"But he`s someone who will really study the camera. He`ll get the most complicated one and really understand the science behind it."
The `Wanted` actress also says Brad strives to make his photographs perfect and is rarely completely happy with his work.
She added: "He`s very critical of his work. I`ll see a photograph and think it`s amazing but he`ll see all the different reasons why it can be better and he`ll work very, very hard to improve it."
