The `In Time` actress sought help after being overcome with anxiety before movie premieres and live interviews, and is relieved that the cognitive behavioural sessions have eased the problem.
She told Britain`s Glamour magazine: "That`s been such a great tool, and my therapist told me that I passed with flying colours, but we`ll see how things go.
"I still do get terribly nervous, and that`s partly due to the fact I think too much and over-analyze things. I`ll start worrying about my parents or my dog, and I`ll picture him opening the window of my apartment and falling out, even though I can`t get that thing open myself."
Amanda, 25, stars with Ben Barnes in upcoming drama `The Big Wedding` and says she found the British actor so attractive, she had the "best five hours" of her life when they took a plane together.
She said "Have you ever seen Ben Barnes? He looks like a model.
"I`d never met him before in my life but the other day we had to share a jet together, just me, him and my dog, and I`m telling you it was the best five hours of my life."
