Best policemen of Novgorod region to be awarded with Holmes statues
China statues of Sherlock Holmes produced by special order of Interior Affairs Administration will be awarded on Thursday at 16:00 by Moscow time to 6 laureates of professional skills` contest "Sherlock Holmes-2005". The ceremony will take place during holiday concert devoted to Day of Police.
Besides statues best policemen will get diplomas and valuable presents. "Contest jury will award overall more than 20 policemen".
Annual contest of policemen`s skill is held in region for 11-th time. According to its condition, contest nominates are officials of Interior Affairs Administration who worked on prevention, suppression and exposure of serious crimes.
