Snooki is expecting a baby boy
The `Jersey Shore` star is pregnant with her first child with fiance Jionni LaVelle and although they are looking forward to welcoming a son, Snooki admitted she was hoping for a little girl.
She told In Touch Weekly magazine: "Everyone said I was going to have a boy, and they were right!
"I thought it was going to be a girl. I was hoping it would be, because all girls want girls. It`s still my baby, no matter what. I`m excited either way!"
Snooki - real name Nicole Polizzi - also revealed the couple are considering calling their son Lorenzo or Jionni Jr.
Although she is famous for her hard-partying ways, Snooki has vowed to settle down when she becomes a mother.
She said: "I`m not going to party hard anymore, even after the baby is born. Being a mom changes you."
Meanwhile, the diminutive reality TV star plans to remain on the MTV show but has moved out of the `Jersey Shore` house in Seaside Heights, New Jersey to live with Jionni.
A source close to Snooki - who is due to give birth in September- told USmagazine.com the party loving house is "certainly not comfortable for someone well into her pregnancy".
