The former glamour model believes her massive surgically enhanced boobs now look ridiculous because the rest of her body is so toned and hard and she is considering having her implants removed.
She said: "For bodybuilding purposes in the future, I`d definitely have them reduced. With bodybuilding, I don`t think they look good when they`re massive because the rest of your body is so tiny. But also, they hide the top row of my abs so, when I`m on stage, you can`t see them.
"They go up and down in cup size depending on how lean I am. When I had them done, they were always a G or GG but, when I lose loads of body fat, they go down to 32F."
Jodie has always had doubts about her surgically enhanced breasts since she had the boosted four years ago, ironically because they look too natural.
In an interview with new! magazine, she explained: "I knew as soon as I first had them done four years ago that I wasn`t happy with them. I wanted them to look fake and he made them look natural so they hang the same way real boobs hang."
Although Jodie has credited bodybuilding with helping her overcome her depression she is concerned her strenuous regime could leave her infertile.
The `Celebrity Big Brother` star has been warned that her punishing exercise regime could prevent her from having kids in the future but she says she doesn`t plan to stick to her strict diet forever.
She explained: "One medical I had said that if I was to stay on this extreme diet constantly, it could make me infertile, but I haven`t been on it long enough.
"I`m only doing it for short bursts. If I was to do it constantly, then it would be really tough on my body."
After a recent competition win, Jodie - who had been eating 24 eggs a day in preparation - treated herself to junk food because she "hadn`t eaten properly for 16 weeks".
