General director of "Altaienergo" apologized to Barnaul citizens
More than 300 apartment houses, organizations and offices in central part of Barnaul stayed without electro energy for more that 2.5 hours this Thursday. This incident caused sharply negative reaction of Altai krai governor Alexander Karpin who charged special committee to investigate the case.
"Altaienergo" company reacted immediately. Site published official apology of general director of public corporation "Altaienergo" Yuri Kasyanov to Barnaul citizens for caused troubles.
"I accept fair reproaches of governor, mayor and citizens to my address", was said in announcement. He also explained that accident was caused by multi-million debt of users to Barnaul city electricity supply network.
