"One is not alone" deprived of his only nomination for Oscar

South American Academy of motion picture arts withdrew the nomination for the award "Oscar" in a category "the Best song for the movie", which was nominated song "Alone Yet Not Alone", written for the eponymous movie "One is not alone." Unprecedented decision was taken in consequence of the acts of the composer Bruce Broughton, who violates the order of voting.
By all the rules, 240 academics from relevant music Committee, owning the voting, received disks with songs and soundtracks without marking and instructions some data about composers and other related information. The academicians were offered after listening to choose the 5 best songs and send completed ballots to the Academy.
