Last year, a civil servant was supposed to have offered the structures of Gazprom to buy back the gas network in the Republic for 5 billion rubles.
In 2009 year ago Magomedgasan of Nasrutdinov already became a defendant in a criminal case opened by the senior 159 of the criminal code. Then the Supreme court of Dagestan has justified Nasrutdinova and other defendants in the case, and the Supreme court left the sentence without changes.
