Puzzle game "Tetris" will be released on consoles modern developments Xbox One and PS4. This tells the portal IGN. Versions for these platforms will release publisher Ubisoft who has concluded an appropriate agreement with The Tetris Company.
Date of release on the Xbox One and PS4 currently not called. How exactly will the "Tetris" on these consoles and what configurations are going to make new creators, is still unknown.
The game "Tetris" exists since 1984. Its first version was made up of Russian software developer Alexey Pazhitnov. 6 June 2014 "Tetris" will celebrate 30 years. Then the game managed to get almost all ever existed gaming platforms and go with a circulation in excess of 170 million copies.
For over 3 decades of the right to release games in the series "Tetris" belonged to several game companies. So, their last owner was the publisher EA. The company published its own version of the puzzle on the iPhone, Kindle Fire and other mobile platforms, and also made a version of Tetris" for the PS3 console.
