No international passports to Kirgizia and Tadjikistan
Since Tuesday the Russians can go to Kirgizia and Tadjikistan without international passports. On 26th September the government of RF accepted the corresponding resolution of mutual trips with internal national passports. This resolution was signed on 30 Novenber 2000 between the governments of Russia, Belorussia, Kazakhstan, Kirgizia and Tadjikistan.
To go from Russia to Kirgizia and Tadjikistan people of RF can use RF passport and birth-certificate for children under 14, with indication of citizenship.
People of Kirgizia can use identity card (plastic card) 2004 or passport 1994, birth-certificate for children under 16, with indication of citizenship. People of Tadjikistan can use passport, birth-certificate for children under 16, with indication of citizenship.
