Thousand foreigners to be temporarily registered in Moscow in 2006
Chairman of Russian government Mikhail Fradkov has established quote on granting of 107425 permissions for temporary residence in Russia to foreigners and persons without citizenship.
As a reminder, appropriate decree was signed by the head of ministry on November 2005. In particular, only 1000 of foreigners will be temporarily registered in Moscow, 6200 - in Moscow oblast, 2000 - in St. Petersburg, 1000 - in Leningradskaya oblast.
According to document, 26 450 foreigners can get permissions for temporary residence in Central federal region, 10280 - in North-West region, 8600 - in Southern region, 25300 - in Volga region, 7500 - in Ural region, 18745 - in Siberian region, 10550 - in Far East region.
