Acting Head of the defense Ministry of Ukraine Koval will become Deputy Secretary of the NSDC
Acting head of the defense Ministry of Ukraine Mykhaylo Koval was appointed Deputy Secretary of Council of national security and defense, said on Thursday in the Parliament the head of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko.
" I made the decision to appoint him Deputy Secretary of the NSDC, " said Poroshenko in the Verkhovna Rada.
