Mercedes of crashed GAIA head rammed "Ural" lorry with servicemen
As a result of traffic accident in Stavropoulos krai, in which head of General Administration of Interior Affairs, major-general Vyacheslav Matveev died, 5 servicemen were injured.
15 servicemen were inside of "Ural" lorry, which was rammed by general`s automobile. Lorry turned over as a result of a blow and 5 servicemen got injuries. At present moment they are in hospital.
As a reminder, on Sunday morning office automobile "Mercedes", conveying general Matveev and 27-year old son from Stavropoulos airport, collided with lorry "Ural", coming in the opposite direction, in Spakovsky district. As a result of traffic accident 3 people have died - driver of office car, Matveev and his son.
As regional Office of Public Prosecutor informed, question about institution of criminal proceedings according to article 264, part 3 of Russian Criminal Code (violation of rules of transport exploitation, leading by carelessness to death of 2 or more persons) is being examined.
