The judge dismissed for spicy photo in social networks
The judge Beloglinskoe district of the Krasnodar region Irina Parfenova removed from office for ambiguous photo in social networks. The Supreme Tribunal considered such posturing on the background of the state signs unworthy representative of the state body.
Pictures, which Irina Parfenova depicted in several special postures were laid out on its own page in the open access one of the social networks. The Supreme Tribunal photos were in consequence dissatisfied with the verdict of a resident of the district center. In one of the photos the judge was captured in the courtroom with his hammer on the background of the state signs, photo accompanied comment: "Ladies forehead everyone who will be at me straddle". On another daguerreotype "model", putting his feet on the table, sits in judgment seat: "I, naturally, not perfection, but the masterpiece." - very simply says about yourself ex-judge.
There is a picture in the future of arms of Russia with the statue of Themis, the signature of which reads: "I'm not so important that you think of me...I am not happy and not sad...". Parfenova posted more than 150 images, unabashedly and without knowing it, than it can turn back. When it came to trial, the defendant argued that photographed "in the workplace, but after hours, and explanations are humorous in nature and do not reflect her life and professional positions.
Ex-judge repented in the act, finding that it was not worth to place in the Internet shots, focusing on social status, but assures that did not aim to convince anyone that has power over people and can use it unlimited. Parfenova begged him to give her the opportunity to go to the honourable resignation that would have been allowed to get a decent pension, but was denied. The accused said that he did not agree with this decision and wants to appeal to the judicial Disciplinary Tribunal, according to "Russian newspaper".
