Third part of Russians faced with domestic problems in view of frost
According to poll of "Public Opinion" fund 30% of Russian citizens faced with domestic problems because of severe frost.
18% of people noted that problems were serious. People complained on problems with heating and gas (15%), sanitation (9%) most often. Moreover, some Russians noted problems with electricity supply, personal automobile, cold because of poor state of houses.
37% of questioned said that it was cold at home during January frost. Third of respondents said that temperature varied in range of +16...19°С, another third - +12°С?+15°С, 2% said that temperature in apartment was +5...9°С.
28% of respondents noted that they have got problems with health because of severe frost. 15% classified these problems as serious, and another 13% as light. 7% of questioned has reported about long absence of public transportation during the frost, 19% of Russians has noted that malfunctions were short-termed.
20% of respondents incurred unplanned costs, 6% of people had to buy warm clothes and shoes urgently, 4% - to buy electric radiators, 2% - to buy medicine.
The poll was conducted at the end of January. 1500 respondents were questioned.
