Growing number of foreign students in Moscow
Assaults on foreign students in Russia don`t reduce the number of foreigners, who wish to obtain a degree in Moscow Universities.
Yesterday Moscow Mayor Yury Luzhkov signed the decree about establishing Coordination Council on the question of increasing number of foreign students in the capital of Russia.
According to the information from City Hall, the agreement with Russian Ministry of Education about "export of educational service" support is planned to be concluded.
Coordination Council is to be headed by Yury Luzhkov, who considers education for foreigners in the Universities of Moscow to be as important income item as others
