Khodorkovsky asked permission to write scientific articles
Ex-head of "YUKOS" Mikhail Khodorkovsky, who serves punishment in Chita oblast, addressed an application with request for research activity to warden.
This was informed by Khodorkovsky`s Chita lawyer Natalia Terekhova. "The application was not answered yet", - she said.
By Terekhova` words, Khodorkovsky with 2 high educations has concluded a treaty with "Chemistry and life" journal and intends to do articles. "I think Khodorkovsky will earn more money for the state going in for science", - she added.
The lawyer reminded that Khodorkovsky was not eager to work in sewing department from the beginning. Terekhova thinks that giving no opportunity for scientific work and teaching activity, administration of the colony violates his constitutional right for choice of occupation.
