Minister of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation S. Lavrov Century agreed with the President of the international Department of the red cross (ICRC) Peter Maurer cooperation on humanitarian issues in Ukraine, and similarly in Gaza and Syria, said at the Russian Ministry.
