Kasyanov and Hakamada form new movement
Ex-premier Mikhail Kasyanov and leader of unregistered party "Our Choice" Irina Hakamada have decided to establish a new public movement.
Mikhail Kasyanov will declare about movement establishment during press-conference on February 27. The crew of ex-premier refuses from any comments as well as other participants of the project. Irina Hakamada admitted that she will join new movement with her unregistered party but refused to specify the name and possible program of future organization.
Ex-secretary of SPS political council Ivan Starikov and founder of Democratic Party Nikolai Travkin will also join the new public movement.
In December of last year Mikhail Kasyanov decided to form large democratic opposition on the basis of Russian Democratic Party but this attempt ended with failure. The head of Executive Committee Andrei Bogdanov, who held alternative session of party with support of authorities, became the leader of Democratic party. As a result Kasyanov`s crew refused from struggle for Democratic party brand and took time for reflection.
