Ministry of Justice to strong control of nongovernmental organizations law
The Ministry of Justice of Russia is intended to control the application in practice of the law RF about the non-government organizations.
"We specially put in the law the dual mechanism of control - judicial and administrative, which will make it possible to react operationally to the possible disturbances of the law in practice", stated the minister of justice RF Yuri Chayka during the meeting with the commissioner of the council of Europe on the rights of man Alvaro Gil-Robles on Tuesday in Moscow.
At the same time the minister emphasized: "We understand the entire measure of responsibility, which lies down on the federal registration service".
