According to the Deputy Governor of Tomsk region for scientific-educational complex and innovative policy Michael Anikina, microsatellite constellation will be able to establish a relationship with hard-to-reach areas, to conduct environmental monitoring and Geomonitoring, and will assist astronauts during execution of technical works.

The consortium for the creation of a group of satellites, for example, will include scientists of University physics stability and materials science SB RAS, RSC "Energia", "ASC" them. The agreement on the establishment of the consortium will be signed in Moscow in late September, the study program of the project will be completed by the end of the year.
