Rectification of water without liquid chlorine
Estimated cost of innovation is more than 6 millions rubles. Principle of new equipment operation is rather simple.
Technical cycle of water rectification is following: cistern with reagents, pump-batcher and mixer. New technology of water disinfection is based on properties of natrium hypocloride which destroys all known pathogenic bacteria not worse than liquid chloride. This method was known more than 30 years but technology of reagent preparation was dangerous and laborious till recently.
Now industrial centre "Azot" is ready to supply Orel town with natrium hypochloride in sufficient amount. Director of "Orelvodokanal" admitted that cisterns with liquid chloride made plant one of the most dangerous organization in region. Gas which is considered as military poison gas is dangerous in storage and use. New technology of rectification is more expensive in exploitation than chlorination. But users of water will not pay more.
