The state service of Ukraine for emergency situations reported that eleven people were injured in the explosion at the pub in the center of Kharkov in Eastern Ukraine on the night of Monday.
" The management of the security service of Ukraine in Kharkiv region made the event data in the unified register of pretrial investigations under part two of article 258 of the criminal code (terrorist attack, which led to grave consequences), " - said in the report.
