Publishers discussed the implementation of e-textbooks in Russian schools

During the event the educational publishers discussed the transition of Russian schools teaching through e-textbooks.

specialists of leading Russian publishing houses were unanimous, opining about the fact that the development of modern technologies in educational institutions often create obstacles teachers who had not expressed an interest to learn fresh ways to teach and learn to use electronic gadgets.
Vice President, new technology publishing house " Education " Artem Soloveichik emphasizes that the expansion of e-textbooks in schools are most interested in students who simply do not take the paper guides, then as teachers motivated much worse.
Soloveichik supported Marina Lobina (publishing house " Russian word " ): " Or have to go for a teacher who is often unwilling to engage in new technologies, Or to go forward."
Chief editor of the publishing centre " Ventana " Count " Nadezhda Ivanova also believes that for a successful transition to e-textbooks it is important to provide training and motivation of teachers.

Knowledge laboratory " Mikhail Borodin said: " Electronic textbook is a tool that allows to solve the problem of congestion of students, to increase the intensity and effectiveness of the pedagogical process. The last 2 years in 10 regions were tested e-textbooks, and have accumulated experience, we only need to listen more to authors and publishers in order to protect many mistakes ".
Deputy Director Department of state policy in the field of General education, Ministry of education and science of the Russian Federation Pavel Sergomanov said that you have already prepared the basic framework for the transition to electronic textbooks.
