Alexander Ryazanov appointed chief of "Siberian Oil"
The president of "Siberian Oil" Evgeny Shvidler sent in his resignation.
The chief of "Gazindustry" Alexander Ryazanov has been designated the president of the oil company.
The candidates for the post were the chief "Regiongas" Kirill Seleznev and the leader of "Gazindustryholding" Alisher Usmanov.
Ex-president Shvidler gave the results of profit in 2005. According to him the expected oil production in November and December will be 45,2 mln tons. During the first half year the profit of the company has risen on 44%.
Shvidler pointed out that over the last years realization of mineral oil through gas-stations has risen several times. He emphasized that in 2005 "Siberian Oil" added about 100 gas-stations to the net of users.
It is known that the amount of export over the first six months has risen on 11,7%.
In October 17 the committee of directors "Gazindustry" agreed on purchasing "Siberian Oil".
