According to Zhdanov, we can assume that he meant the Minister of Finance of Ukraine, the Ukrainian American origin Natalie Jaresko. Remember, in the beginning of December, the Parliament approved the appointment of foreigners in the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. Later, the Ukrainian Parliament approved the composition of the government. Georgians Alexander Kvitashvili became Minister of health, the Lithuanian aivaras Abromavicius and Natalie Jaresko were selected by the heads of the Ministry of economic development and the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, respectively.
