Lukashenko offers guarantees for the safe conclusion of the APU from Debaltsevo
Head of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko offers guarantees of the Republic to withdraw from Debaltsevo there surrounded Ukrainian soldiers and weapons.
"We are ready not only to be a mediator, and reverently to stop this conflict in the area Debaltsevo, withdraw all soldiers of Ukraine from this place under our guarantee that they will never fight," said Lukashenko in Minsk during a meeting with President of the European Bank for restoration and development Suma Chakrabarti.
