Died trainer biathlete of the Russian team


Famous Russian coach Valery Alekseevich Shitikov died on 9 March. Private coach Ekaterina Shumilova and Ekaterina Glazyrina, which continue the concerts at the world Championships in Kontiolahti (Finland), died on the 76th year of life.

Before the holidays honored coach of the Russian Federation Valery Shitikov was in the sports complex "Dynamo" in the workplace, preparing charges skis, specified personal projects. Valery Alekseevich has made an immense contribution to the development of biathlon in the Sverdlovsk region and the country as a whole. He worked with the women's team in the most difficult times (1989-1990 and 1991-1993) , and specifically to his work associated with the success tenfold world champion Elena Golovina and seven-time world champion, Olympic medalist Svetlana Davydova cave.
