Roddy McDowall will always be best known for his roles in 'Planet of the Apes', 'How Green My Valley' and 'Lassie comes home', though, since her debut in 1938, he played in more than one hundred and forty films and, basically, the characteristic role. Likewise, it is difficult to remember them all work on television. And for the first time he appeared there in 1947, the local TV station KTLA in school quiz 'Pantomime Quiz', even before you started the Golden Age of Television. Equally intense Roddy McDowell worked on the radio. He was not even my own show. In 1946, the year Roddy went on the stage, and in 1953 made his Broadway debut. And free from all this time was engaged in photography, and so professionally that theater magazines begged for his publication.
