Roytman Ilya Borisovich

Born August 9, 1955. In 1973-1975 he served in the army battalion of the General Staff. In 1980 he graduated from the history department of the Moscow Regional Pedagogical Institute.
In 1980-1985, worked as a research associate at the State Library of Lenin (GBL) in 1984 headed the Council of Young Scientists GBL.
In 1985-1988, he taught at the Moscow Polygraphic Institute, in 1988-1990 - Head of Communications of the Moscow Historical Archives Institute.
In 1991, Roitman was an adviser to the joint venture Amstron ".
He is director of the Center's legal, economic, political and social studies.
Member of the DDA since its inception in May 1990. At the same time joined the party a permanent job.
In June 1990 he was elected chairman of the regional organization Krasnopresnenskaya DWP Moscow.
