Khorava Akaki A.

(29. 04. 1895 - 23. 06. 1972), actor.
Born in the village Ochhomuri in Georgia. He studied in Kiev, Tbilisi University (1915-1919), in a theatrical studio. N. Pagava (since 1922). From 1923 - Actor and Director of Academic Theater. SH. Rustaveli (in 1936-1955 - the artistic director and director of the theater), in 1939-1949 - director of the Tbilisi Theatrical Institute. SH. Rustaveli. Professor (1947). In the cinema since 1924.
State Winner. Prizes of the USSR (1941, 1946, 1951 - for theatrical work, 1943, 1946 - for the main role in the two-part film 'Georgy Saakadze').
