Dzubenko Leonid

Born July 11, 1938 in Kiev. He graduated from the Moscow City Council Electromechanical College (1956) and the Moscow Civil Engineering Institute named after VV Kuibyshev specialty electrical and mechanical engineer.

From 1956 to 1975 he worked at the plant Likhachev, having risen from an electrician, an engineer to deputy section chief for the construction of the plant. In 1975-1980, he was deputy director for construction, then deputy general manager of the Presnensky Engineering Works. In 1986, LB Dzubenko becomes Governor of the State building trust "Spetsremstroymontazh". In 1990-1991 worked as chairman of Proletarian Moscow City Executive Committee, then deputy prefect of the South-Eastern Administrative District (1991). From 1991 to present - General Director MGSO "Mosgorremstroy" (now - OAO Mosremstroy). Under his direct supervision in 1995-1996 were the rehabilitation hospital after a terrorist attack in Budennovsk.
