Born in 1955. in Volgograd. He graduated from the Volgograd Civil Engineering Institute, faculty of Architecture in 1981. Member of the Professional Creative Union of Artists of Russia of the International Federation of Artists since 1993. Since 1977, the head of the Children's Folk Art Studio Volgograd municipal complex of culture and rest. YU. Gagarin (Palace of Culture and Rest of. YU. Gagarin). Married. Has a son and two daughters.
