Biography Jagiellon Alexander
fourth son of Casimir and Elizabeth of Bohemia, daughter of Emperor Albrecht, grandson of Wladyslaw Jogaila, was born in 1460, ascended the throne of the Lithuanian Grand Duchy in 1492, as the Polish kingdom - in 1501, died in 1506. In addition to the very limited capacity, the distinctive traits A. were: weakness and extravagance. In the reign of A.
