Biography Anshtett Johann Protasios (Anstett)
(1766 - 1835), son of a Strasbourg lawyer. Consisted with the Russian Embassy in Vienna. In 1812 he was appointed director of the Foreign Office at Kutuzov's army. He concluded with the Prussian Lieutenant-General von Lottum convention in g. Kalisz. Helped along with Nesselrode, the conclusion of the contract Reyhenbahskogo June 15, 1813 and attended as a commissioner from Russia at the Congress in Prague. At the Congress of Vienna 1814 - 15 years A. participated in the work of some commissions. During the last campaign against Napoleon, . in 1815, .
