Biography APRAKSIN Alexander D.
Born in 1851. He was educated in the Law School and the 1 st Military High School. He served in the cavalry, long lived abroad. Participated in the "Observer", "Russian Messenger", "St. Petersburg Gazette, The Stock-Exchange Gazette, in almost all Moscow newspapers and many other periodicals.
