Biography Belogrits-Kotlyarevsky Leonid Sergeevich
(1855 - 1908). He studied at the Poltava gymnasium and the University of Kiev, where he graduated from the course in 1876 and in 1880. received a Master of Criminal Law for the historical study of the dogmatic: "The theft-theft of Russian law" (Kiev, 1880) and the following year was sent from a scientific view of the border for two years, and in 1883, Mr.. appointed assistant professor in the department of criminal law in the legal Demidov Lyceum. In 1886. at St. Petersburg University, defended his doctorate in criminal law thesis entitled: "Crimes against religion in the major states of the West" (Yaroslavl, 1886), in 1887, Mr.. appointed full professor Demidov Lyceum of them occupied by the department, in 1891, Mr.. transferred to the University of Kiev in the same chair, which I held until his death. Besides theses, Belogrits-Kotlyarevsky printed pamphlet: "Particular types of theft, theft of Russian Law" (1883), "The concept of criminal law and reason of punishment" (Yaroslavl, 1883), "The role of custom in the criminal law" (Yaroslavl, 1888) and etc.
